Boštjan is also mentioned among the fighters on the left side of the NOB memorial plaque, although there it reads MILOVNIK. MiloVnik also writes on Krulovče’s grave, where a plaque for Boštjan has been added. He did not fall in the German army, as one might conclude from the gravestone

The transport with which the previously mentioned individuals were sent to the concentration camp started from Begunj on 28 February 1942. It took two weeks to reach Mauthausen with intermediate stops in Celovec and on the Danube. None of the participants in this transport survived the camp. [..]

9138Anton Skumavc was born in Radovna at his mother's home. As an illegitimate child, he came under the care of the Kotniks in Mojstrana; for ten years he was a shepherd. He attended school in Dovje, then learned the trade of a blacksmith in Zapuži on Gorenjsko. He was employed in the autumn ironworks as a blacksmith's assistant. Politically, he was not aligned. In 1941, he resided in Dovje. On December 16, 1941, he joined the Triglav partisan unit during the uprising. He participated in the attack on the military depot in the nearby guardhouse on Veliki Breg. With the partisans, he fled to Vrši and from there left home on December 18, 1941. He was arrested in Dovje and was brought to Begunje on the same day. In Mauthausen, he was forced to travel with the rest of the transport to Gusen, where he was killed three weeks later. In the Mauthausen documentation, the cause of his death is noted as "flucht" – flight, which indicates that he died violently.7« (France Filipič, Slovenci v Mauthausnu, Ljubljana: Cankarjeva založba, 1998, pp. 133, 134 – on this page, besides the text, there is also a photograph)
