Franc Kač, geboren in 1903 in de dorp Arji. Tijdens de bezetting steunde hij de partizanen. Bij de bevrijding werd hij ingezet in de VDV. Hij werd toegewezen tot de wacht in Arji, dat de taak had om Duitse soldaten en ustaša te onwapsen. Hierbij viel hij in gevecht met de ustaša.
