Franc Kač, born in 1903 in Arji vasi. During the occupation, he supported the partisans. Upon liberation, he was mobilized into the VDV. He was assigned to guard duty in Arji vasi, which had the task of disarming German soldiers and Ustaša. In doing so, he fell in a clash with the Ustaša.
