Zeselde bronzen plaat met een relieftekst (beeldhouwer Marijan Keršič - Belač) is gewijd aan de overwinningen van Bičkove vod in de Dražgoška veldslag van 9 tot 11 januari 1942. De plaat is op 26 april 1981 onthuld, organisator was Jurij Kunaver uit de tentoonstellingencommissie, vandaag de roda Bičkova skala voor Bežigrad. De maquette van de plaat is te zien in het Muzeum voor moderne geschiedenis in Ljubljana.
Het monumenter is driemaal de ster afgehaald, ten slotte in 1996.
