Hexagonal bronze plate with a relief inscription (sculptor Marijan Keršič - Belač) is dedicated to the successful battles of Bičkove water during the Dražgoš battle from 9th to 11th January 1942. The plate was unveiled on 26th April 1981, organized by Jurij Kunaver from the scouting unit, today the Bičkova skala for Bežigrad. A memorial copy of the plate is in the Museum of Contemporary History in Ljubljana.
The memorial has been three times destroyed by the star, finally in 1996.
