The Mariahilfer Kulturplattform moved in 2008 as part of the project "Remembering for the Future" at Haus Schmalzhofgasse 20 (corner Webgasse) three stone plaques with 24 brass plates. They commemorate 17 former residents and inhabitants of the Webgasse who were persecuted, deported, and murdered by the Nazi regime on antisemitic grounds. The places of death are indicated on the brass plates to the best of knowledge.
