This memorial to the former synagogue at Schopenhauerstraße and the violence of National Socialism was erected on 6 November 1988 at Schopenhauerstraße 39. It was a plaque mounted on the façade. The plaque thematised the violent destruction of the synagogue by National Socialists during the November Pogrom in 1938.
