Memorial Cross for Bomb Victims

The memorial cross for bomb victims was erected on April 30, 1950, next to Holzknechtstraße in the 10th district, roughly at the level of Holzknechtstraße 41. The cross thematizes the death of people by bombs, but leaves unmentioned that the victims in question were forced laborers of the national socialist regime, among whom Hungarian Jews and Jewish women were present. The donors of the memorial cross along with the plaque are unknown.
