Memorial Plaque for Kaspar Wind, Alois Buder and Theresia Buder at the Entrance to the Urnenkapelle

Inspired by the research results of historians Michael Mooslechner and Robert Stadler, the then vice mayor Maria Bommer (SPÖ) requested in the late 1980s the erection of a memorial plaque "In memory of the resistance fighters of the NS era". In December of the commemoration year 1988, the memorial plaque was finally unveiled in the viewing hall of the cemetery. This plaque is meant to commemorate Kaspar Wind as well as the couple Theresia and Alois Buder, who were persecuted and murdered by the National Socialists. The plaque was installed in 1989 in a right niche of the entrance hall, where it hangs barely noticeable behind the open grille gates.
