On initiative of the Roma Pastoral and the Roma Service, a memorial plaque for the victims of National Socialism, particularly for the members of the Romnija and Roma people, was erected in 2006 on the cemetery of Kleinpetersdorf in cooperation with the political community and the Catholic and Protestant parish.
Before 1938, about 21 Romnija and Roma lived in the village, well integrated into the village community. Two Roma families were deported to Auschwitz-Birkenau in 1943, where at least eleven people lost their lives.
