Towards the end of 1943, some couriers organized a makeshift hospital in a natural karst cave. This shelter is located under a rock, east of the burned Tisnikarjev house on the southernmost peak of Tisnik. In 1944, a doctor came to treat the wounded, led by farmer Večko Ignac-Levičnik and Navršnik Jože. The wounded were cared for by Levičnik. This natural karst cave thus became a refuge for injured partisans after the arrival of the 14th Division. In it lay Meh Justin and other wounded. Meh Justin led the nearby observation post of the XIV Division in Završah, on the road near Cretšnja, in the house of farmer Pejovnik. For the food of the wounded, Ivan Mirkac from Šentvid was in charge. In the cave they had a storage container and wooden beds. After the war, they found destroyed pistols in the cave, which is now kept by the NOB museum.

V Hudi Luknji pri Megalecu zavijemo levi v hrib. Peljemo do grebena in nadaljujemo peš od kapele čez travnik po grebenu Tisnika do južnega vrha. Pred koto 786 (vrh Tisnika) zavijemo z južnega vrha desno v prepad. Steza nas po nekaj metrih pripelje do bolnice.
