Bolnišnica Lipa-SO-55-Burc (warehouse and graveyards)

Bunker Lipa št. 1 was in the forest called Burc, near Vodriž. It operated from April to autumn 1944, when the wounded were transferred to the bunker at the Kobotove farm above Podgorje. The wounded object measured 6x4 metres and stood on a steep hill in almost impassable young fir forest. It had no windows, light came through the doors. The capacity of the object was twenty people. South of the object was a storage barrack, close to it a shelter. Near the objects they buried three wounded, who died here. "Even before I came, the national hero Tone Vidmar - Luka was lying in this hospital. He was the smallest bunker. Then they moved Luka to dr. Paučk."
