Towards the end of 1943, some couriers organised a makeshift hospital in a natural karst cave. This hideout is located under a rock, east of the burned Tisnikarjev house on the southernmost peak of Tisnik. In 1944, a doctor came to treat the wounded, led by farmer Večko Ignac-Levičnik and Navršnik Jože. The wounded were cared for by Levičnik. This natural karst cave thus became a refuge for injured partisans after the arrival of the 14th Division. In it lay Meh Justin and other wounded. Meh Justin led the nearby observation post of the XIV Division in Završah, at the farm "Pri črešnji", in the house of farmer Pejovnik. Ivan Mirkac from Šentvid provided food for the wounded. In the cave they had a storage container and wooden beds. After the war, they found destroyed pistols in the cave, which are kept in the NOB museum. Source: Kartice MNO Slovenia.

V Hudi Luknji pri Megalecu zavijemo levo v hrib. Peljemo do grebena in nadaljujemo peš od kapele čez travnik po grebenu Tisnika do južnega vrha Tisnika, označenega s T točko. Pred koto (slika) zavijemo z južnega vrha desno v prepad. Steza nas po nekaj metrih pripelje do bolnice. Občina: Mislinja
