The memorial is dedicated to 47 fallen fighters of NOV and the victims of Nazi fascist violence.
The memorial was erected by the locals on the 26th of December 1954.
The memorial was renovated in November 2002. The renovator is: Klančar Milan
Postojna.
Patron: Municipal Community of Koper and Regional Community Gradin.
(The memorial stands on private land and is also damaged from the owner -
broken plaque and removed star.)
Placed in the arms of high pillars made of grey stone, closed with a block of
inscribed plaque. Placed on a triangular slab, bounded by seven pillars -
connected with a chain.

Desno ob cesti iz Gračišča - Brezovica - Livade cca 25 m od odcepa ceste za Gradin stoji spomenik 47 padlim borcem V NOV in žrtvam nacifašističnega nasilja s posvetilom v hrvaškem jeziku.
