DVORSKA VAS - Memorial dedicated to the fallen in the NOB and surrounding area

In the center of the settlement, Dvorska vas, the monument was discovered in 1977, according to the designs of architect Vlasta Kopač, in the form of a pillar. On the arranged surface, in the central part at the intersection of four roads, on the central stone platform, to which stairs of 160 cm width lead, is a stone platform of 300x300 cm, with stone edges. In the center is a stone pillar of 3 m height, which below has an octagonal cross-section, which expands downwards to a height of 120 cm first in a straight line and then as twisted lamellas, while above it narrows in the reverse order. The central part represents eight flat smooth surfaces, on which are inscriptions combined on two surfaces.

The base surface has at each corner four conical octagonal pillars of 42 cm height, which narrow towards the top and have a conical shape. At the base of the pillar is a stone vase.

On the left side is a metal pillar for a flag, painted in the colors of the Slovenian flag, whose stripes narrow towards the top. The entire surface and surroundings represent a very well arranged and finished whole.

A reddish twisted stone pillar, dedicated to the fallen patriots and locals. On the central octagonal part is an inscription. The monument is the work of architect Vlasta Kopač.
