RKD: "A granite stone with an engraved plaque is placed at the location where the Germans on 24 December 1944 shot five members of the Drolč family (daughters Marija, Ivan, Frančišek, Angelco and son Janez), the father was shot already on the way to the shooting site." This memorial stands 100 meters away from this one, in the forest. At the Drolč house, the Germans found a cache of ammunition that had been dropped by an English pilot, and they buried it under the barn.
