On 24 November 1968, a memorial plaque was unveiled at the fire station commemorating 17 fallen fighters and 19 victims of fascist violence from the villages of Drašiči, Krmačina, Vidošiči and Železniki, as well as 13 fallen fighters and victims from the ranks of the firemen. The plaque was designed by Niko Zupanič.
