Monumental stone tablets remind of the martyrdom of Bojan Ilich, who was shot as a partisan in Maribor, and of all the fallen Maribor teachers. The tablet dedicated to Bojan Ilich was unveiled in 1965, while the tablet dedicated to the teachers was unveiled on the centenary of the Maribor teacher training school in 1963.
