Bronze plate (bronze) of size 0,40 x 0,60 m, with a relief inscription, is embedded
between two concrete pillars, square cross-section (0,12 m), height 1,10 m, which
stand on a rectangular base, composed of natural processed stone and
concrete, size 0,40 x 1,20 x 1,00 m.
The original location of the monument was around 100 m west of the current one, and it
was attached to natural rock.
The monument was unveiled on 4 July 1979.
