At the fire station in Bukovica, at the foot of Velika Gora, there is a memorial plaque dedicated to 9 fallen members of the Bukovica Fire Society between the years 1941–1945.
The plaque was unveiled on 22 October 1950 and was renewed in recent years during the renovation of the fire station, thanks to the efforts of dedicated members of the fire society.
