The grave represents approximately 0.60 x 2.00 m with concrete edge frames. The gravestone is also made of concrete, specifically from a base, of size around 1.00 x 0.40 x 0.20 m, on which there is a concrete plate, size 0.50 x 0.60 m, with an engraved inscription, barely legible due to erosion. The plate is held by two pillars, both made of concrete, one smaller like a vase, the other taller, 1.00 m - on the left side there is also attached a cross made of white stone.

Hostnik Lojze - Jovo fell during the night of 31.7.1944 as deputy commander of the IV. operational zone during the attack on the German station at Ljubnica in the Savinjska Valley, where he was also buried until the end of the war. After the war, his mother reburied him on the local cemetery in Gabrovka.

In the same grave, they also buried her in 1965.
