Scale height 140 cm with inscriptions dedicated to the volunteer anti-fascist assembly of the summer of 1944. More than a thousand Primorske residents declared their allegiance to the motherland. It was unveiled on August 31, 1975. Architect Alojz Jeranče.
A large assembly took place in Preluz pri Dolanci in Gornji Branič on July 30, 1944. Approximately 6,000 people from Primorske participated. Also present were representatives of military missions under the IX Corps commanded by Colonel Novljan. They reported on the Tito-Šubašić agreement and the planned annexation of Primorske to the motherland after liberation. Many speakers included Lidija Šentjurc, Dr. Joža Vilfan, Miha Marinko, Janez Hribar, Peter Stante - Skala, Janez Stanovnik, members of military missions. Representatives of the church and Dr. Danilo Lokar were also present on the platform. Several magazines covered this assembly, as did London radio. Cultural programs featured dekele from neighboring village Gaberje (Rado Jejčič, 2025).

Textual location description
V Kalenkah, severozahodno od vasi, ob kolovozu v predel Zabreg (na zemljevidih je sicer narisano tik ob cesti skozi vas). Dostop od mosta cca 600 m pred Dolanci iz smeri Sp. Branica. Tam je ob cesti zid iz obdelanega kamna s smerokazom. Držite se desnega pritoka potoka, ki teče po dolini.
