Memorial plaque in memory of the Planinc family. Planinc Franc-Utah was a scout organizer and secretary of SKOJ in Celje. In July 1941 he was arrested and on August 10, 1941, he was shot. In the action against relatives of fighters, partisans and activists of NOV, the family was arrested in August 1942 and sent to a concentration camp.
