A plaque on the house, from which the national hero Maks Pečar together with his wife left for the partisans, was unveiled on 26 September 2022, originally on 20 June 1954.
Mojca Luštrek wrote on 30 September 2023: "When we were at the house, we had the luck to meet Maks Pečar's aunt. The uncle died when she was three. She does not remember him at all, only through photographs. She told us that the uncle, who was a mizar, made a bib for her doll. She insisted that his partisan name was only Črne — after his black curly hair; she has never heard of the name Andrejev, which also appears on the internet."
