Ciril Grobovšek, born on 6th July 1922 in Jerneju and Frančiški Mlinar in Bistrica near Tržič, lived in Otoči, was a carpenter's assistant, factory worker, member of the Sokol society, and member of Skoja. On 27th September 1941 he was arrested and imprisoned in Begunja (no. 1309). On 4th December 1941 he was shot as a partisan in Drag. He was buried in the common grave of partisans in Drag. (On the path of remembrance)
