The memorial represents a stone wall of size 1.50 x 1.20 x 0.60 m, which at the top ends in the shape of Triglav, which is covered with greenery - ivy. In the middle of the wall, there is an embedded stone plate of dark color, size 0.40 x 0.40 m, with an engraved inscription. The letters are painted in white color.
The place where the memorial stands, discovered on 1st July 1958, is called Rupe nad Babno goro and it is located in the forest on the Jasna.
