On November 7th, 1944, the Gestapo arrived at the home of Marija Pehová in Mežnarija, below the church of St. Urban on Kozje Hill, where they that day began to beat, kill and set fire. There they threw Marija Pehová alive into the fire. The Gestapo then continued at the home known as "Kochova kašča", where they clashed with the fighters of Lackove's unit, and therefore set the house on fire after the battle. They killed the tenant Marija Kobolt, her daughter and her son Peter, and threw their bodies into the fire. On the site of the home, the locals found seven bodies, from which it can be concluded that they also killed prisoners from the Dravograd Gestapo prisons, who were forced to wear uniforms and carry weapons.

Na pročelju Kochove hiše - P. d. tudi pri Mežnariji pri Sv. Urbanu na Kozjem vrhu. Lokalna makadamska cesta Ojstrica nad Dravogradom - Pernice nad Muto, Domačija se nahaja v zaselku Kozji vrh .Cesta pelje mimo spomenika pri Junčku 12 km iz Dravograda , Koch pa se nahaja še 5 km naprej proti Pernicam in nadmorski višini nad 1100 mˇ2 v hribovju Kobanskega (Kozjaka). Dostop vedno mogoč z motornimi vozili. Možen je tudi dostop s kolesi.
