Memorial plaque made of grey stone in an irregular shape bears an engraved and gilded commemorative inscription. To the left and right of the plaque, on the wall, are hung framed portraits of the Polančič brothers. The plaque was unveiled in 1965 in the school building on Krekova Street, which the Polančič brothers visited.
