Črnuče - Park narodnih herojev pred osnovno šolo n.h. Maksa Pečarja

On seven granite pillars there are seven standing statues of national heroes from the former community of Bežigrad. The park was opened before 1980, and in 2006 all seven bronze statues were stolen. In 2008 the City of Ljubljana entrusted the renewal of the statues to sculptors, who created stone replicas:

RKD: Seven bronze standing statues of the national heroes were the work of sculptors Anton Sigulin, Staneta Kolenca, Marjan Keršič Belača and Luja Vodopivč. The park was designed according to the plans of A. Kovač and was arranged in 1990. The statues were stolen in 2006 and replaced with stone copies.
