Monument - memorial sign is a rectangular metal plate with
relief inscription, size 30 x 40 cm, embedded in a niche of a
vertical concrete wall, height 120 x 90 cm. This wall is left and right
surrounded by stone wall, height 90 cm, so that with the concrete frames
they form a square space of 220 x 220 cm. The space in front of the wall
with the inscription plate was once enclosed by a metal railing, which
was later removed. The memorial sign was installed in 1956. It is located
on the left bank of the stream Bistra, in front of the bridge
leading to Barje - Mah, north-east of the former monastery Bistra.

Textual location description
V Bistri gremo mimo objektov TMS (bivšega samostana) po cesti, ki pelje na Barje, vse do kozolca, ki je na levi strani in tik pred mostom preko potoka Bistra. Spomenik je že od daleč dobro viden.
