The inscription is carved into a stone plate, size 45 x 35 cm, which is embedded in
the niche of the chapel. The chapel stands on the forest path, which leads from the House on the Meadow Hill
towards Nova Štifta.
The plate was unveiled in 1949 in memory of the commander of the I. battalion of the XVIII.
division Branko Pečovnik, who fell in the German offensive on 3 November 1943 and
two fighters.
The sponsor of the maintenance was DONIT TOZD Pletilnica Sodražica.

Izpred Doma na Travni gori gremo po cesti proti vzhodu in po okoli 100 m zavijemo na levo in navkreber na gozdno pot, ki pelje proti Novi Štifti. Po okoli 200 m zagledamo na robu planote kapelico in v njej napisno spominsko ploščo.
