A rectangular metal plate with an inscription commemorates the partisan hospital, which operated in this area in November 1943, unveiled in 1979 and several wooden tables attached to trees. In the hospital, medical care was provided to around forty seriously wounded. Seven wounded died here and were buried together with personal data in a glass container above the hospital. The place of burial is marked, but the graves have been exhumed.

Spominsko znamenje je v vrtači, v kateri je delovala bolnišnica, leži v gozdu severno od ceste Zagorica - Korinj v bližini lovske koče na Javhah. Dostop do bolnice je iz gozdne ceste označen z lesenimi oznakami.
