Memorial plaque dedicated to the clash of the 3rd Battalion of the I. Lower Carniolan Partisan Brigade with Italian occupying forces in March 1942, was unveiled in 1952, renovated and augmented in 1985. The plaque was created by stonemason Franc Zagorc in 1952.
The plaque is made of light stone, measuring 40 x 40 cm, with an embedded inscription and four stakes attached to the outer wall of the Planinski House in Miklavž na Gori, which bears the title Cerov log 150.
