On variously high concrete pillars are attached bronze plates with lamps commemorating the peasant uprising of 1515 and the event in the NOB. The author of the monument, which was erected in 1976, is Karel Filipčič.
In the immediate vicinity of the monument is an information board in Slovenian, English and German.
The monument was renovated in 2018.
