Memorial plaque at the fire station on Studenc is dedicated to ten members of the PGD Škofja Loka, fallen fighters of the national liberation struggle. It was unveiled on 5 August 1951

Information about the fallen firefighters:

Rado Bozovičar, born on 15 October 1920 in Šentvid near Stična, cobbler, lived in Škofja Loka, was expelled to Serbia, joined the partisans in November 1944, and fell on the Srem front near Šid on 17 February 1945.

Anton Demšar, born on 21 May 1907 in Jazbine near Malenski Vrh, keymaker and carpenter, employed in Škofja Loka. He joined the partisans on 6 December 1941 as the first Škofjeloški partisan, was an assistant in the Cankarjev bataljon, participated in the battle of Rovt, the Poljane uprising and the Dražgoš battle. He fell on Stirpnik on 8 February 1942.

Anton Gruden, born on 26 October 1896 in Škofja Loka, craftsman, member of KPS, joined the partisans on 22 July 1943, and fell on 31 March 1945 on Križna Gora.

Janez Guzelj, born on 27 April 1907 in Škofja Loka, mason, was arrested on 17 February 1942, and died on 29 October 1942 in Stutthof.

Pavel Jamnik, born on 25 January 1890 in Škofja Loka, hatter, participant of the national liberation movement, was arrested on 8 February 1944 and the next day shot as a partisan for Kamnitnikom.

Jože Kavčič - Jernač, born on 18 April 1907 in Škofja Loka, innkeeper, master of carpentry and plumbing, gymnast in the Sokol gymnastics society, firefighter, cultural worker - participated in the tamburice and choir. He joined the partisans on 23 December 1941, fought in the Cankarjev bataljon. He was secretary of the district committee of OF Kamnik. He fell in Črni Graben near Blagovica on 15 January 1945.

Peter Kavčič - Jegorov, born on 20 August 1908 in Škofja Loka, master of carpentry and plumbing, joined the Cankarjev bataljon in December 1941 and participated in battles in the Poljane uprising and in Dražgoš in January 1942. He then became a member of the Škofjeloška četa. In April 1943 he was appointed secretary of the Municipal Committee of KPS Škofja Loka, and in the autumn of 1943 he became secretary of the District Committee of KPS Škofja Loka and fell in this position on 18 March 1944 in Breznica near Lubnik.

Franc Krmelj, born on 21 December 1915 in Škofja Loka, carpenter, joined the partisans in November 1943, and fell on 20 November 1943 on Prtovče.

Jože Krmelj, born on 15 February 1921 in Škofja Loka, mason, joined the partisans in March 1943, and fell in October 1943 in Cerknica.

Franc Pirc, born on 11 January 1901, in Črni Vrh above Idrija, factory worker in Škofja Loka, participant of the national liberation movement, was arrested on 8 February 1944 and the next day shot as a partisan for Kamnitnikom.
