On an oval stone pillar, made of processed stone, there is a plaque with a dedication to the partisan evacuation hospital Topolovec, which operated in the village in 1945. The monument was erected on the initiative of the Council for Health and Social Policy of LRS on 18 July 1954.

The plaque, which explains the events for which the monument is dedicated, was placed in a lying position in a standing position after the entry of the record in 2017.
In the village of Črešnjevec there is also a museum collection on the operation of the hospital Topolovec.
