Črnuče, Rezka and Anton Dragar

Rezka Dragar - Eva was born on November 10, 1913, in Krašnji pri Moravčah.
She lived on Črnuče as a factory worker. In 1936, she led a shift in the textile factory Beer-Hribernik, Vižmarje near Ljubljana, and in Štora in Gameljnah. In 1937, she joined the KPS. Politically, she worked as a member of KPS and the Vzajemnost Ježica society. On June 1941, she joined the partisans' group of Črnuški communists under Doben, then Rašiška četa. On September 29, 1941, the Germans captured her in Selu pri Vodicah and executed her on October 16, 1941, at Lancov near Radovljica.

A memorial plaque of white marble is embedded into the façade of the Seliškarjev Street 4 residential house above a staircase leading to the entrance. The plaque measures 60 cm in width and 40 cm in height; with a base below that is 12 x 12 cm wide and 8 cm long. At each corner, the plaque is fastened by a nail shaped as a five-pointed star.

The plaque was unveiled on June 20, 1954.
