Here in 1943 operated the South Adriatic Technical NAŠ DOM
The author of the monument is the sculptor Jože Pohlen
The memorial was erected in April 1968 by the municipal committee of ZKS Koper.
Patron: KS Črni Kal and regional museum Koper.
The monument in the form of a four-sided stone pillar among ruins marks the site
of the founding meeting of OK KPS and the operation of the South Adriatic Technical NAŠ DOM. At the top
are reliefs (hammer and sickle, five-pointed star), in the center is the inscription.

Desno od ceste Črni Kal - Koper, okrog 2500 m na hribu proti Tinjanu stoji spominsko znamenje; v zapuščenem zaselku Bertoši, severno od ceste Dekani-Rižana in severozahodno od vasi Cepki in Rižane.
