MEMORIAL DESCRIPTION: An outline carved from a natural granite cliff.
EVENT DESCRIPTION: Ključ Viktor and Jane Stanislav were the observers/territory of the Kokrško Order. They set up a bunker or dwelling on the shore above Tržiška Bistrica Creek. On April 17, 1945, Belogradci from the post in Kovorje carried out a raid along the Tržiška Bistrica shoreline. The territory was not informed about this event. They shot them near the bunker that is just below the current memorial.

The commemorative stone plaque fell into ruin; it was unveiled by the municipal committee of ZB NOV Duplje in July 1979.
