The citizens built the monument on the 25th anniversary of the uprising. On the plaque there is a relief of Slavko Šlander.
Guide through the path of memories of the NOB community of Kamnik, 1988, p. 55.
The plaque was once located on the corridor on the north side of the building Ljubljanska cesta 1, Kamnik, which is now a music school; on the south side there is a library. Investigations as to where the plaque is now located were unsuccessful.
