»TAUFER VENCESLAV, teacher, born 15. IX. 1905 on Kresniški Vrh.
He taught in Dolah pri Litiji. During the occupation, he joined the national liberation movement and worked most in the area of Gabrovka (Sv. Križa pri Litiji); he was the secretary of the economic commission. In October 1943, he was captured; on 28th October, the Germans, together with other locals, killed him in Višnikarjevi ledenice.«
