Dedicated to the relay courier station G - 4 with 19 couriers, established in July 1943 as part of the 2nd Gorenjska relay line. Kamnosek Andrej Mravljeter Marmor Hotavlje made the plaque on the initiative of the partisan couriers commission at the Municipal Committee of ZZB NOV Radovljica, the unveiling took place on 10 May 1981.
The medallion with the relief was torn from the plaque, the text is barely visible.
