Vinko Miklož (July 10, 1907, Hermanci – April 25, 1944, Cezanjci) was the founder of a partisan post in 1943, which connected the Slovenian High Plateau with the Ljutomer-Radgona area and Medžimurje and Prekmurje. Vinko Mikložič participated in the establishment of OF committees, mobilization of new recruits and sabotage actions. The Germans arrested him on April 1, 1944, and took him first to the arms depot in Svetinje (now Mihakovci), and then to Ptuj prison. His wife Veronika was also arrested, while his daughters Anica and Lizika avoided arrest and later joined the NOV as fighters on the Pohorje. On April 25, 1944, he was shot along with other partisans in Cezanjci, near the mill of Ivan Ribič. A commemorative plaque, unveiled on June 24, 1960, marks this event.
