On 13. 12. 1944 he left for the 1st battalion of the Kokrška unit. Assigned to the 2nd battalion of the Vojkove brigade. Wounded on Otlica and sent to the partisan hospital Franja in Cerkno. On 27. 3. 1945 he was lost on the way. On 9. 5. 1945 declared dead.
