DESCRIPTION OF THE MEMORIAL: 30 meters south of the Czech Cottage (1542 m) is a bronze plate attached to the rock.
DESCRIPTION OF THE EVENT: Viktor Krč, born on 15 February 1917 in Jezersko, was a machinist by profession. He was responsible for the connection between partisans in the Savinjska Valley and fighters on Jezersko. He fell in battle against the occupier in 1944 near Žužemberk.
Ljubo Grabnar - Vrhan, born on 26 October 1921 in Jezersko, was assigned to political activism on Koroško as a capable organizer. He fell on 30 November 1944 near Malošče on Koroško.
Ferdo Majnik was a teacher in Jezersko and one of the first ski instructors.
All three – Krč, Grabnar and Majnik – were known alpinists and climbers.

Spominska plošča se nahaja pri Češki koči (1543 m). Izhodna točka je kmetija Makek, po markirani poti za Češko kočo ali iz tovorne žičnice (pri Planšarskem jezeru zavijete desno, smer kmetija Ancelj) po markirani poti do Češke koče.
