Črnuče - Graveyard and Memorial to 48 Victims of the NOB on the New Cemetery

On the central part of the new Črnuška cemetery is a square green area in the intersection of the path, which is bordered on the back and left side by a living edge. Before the back living edge there are three flagpoles, and before the left edge there are two wooden benches. Access to the memorial is via diagonally placed stone slabs. The memorial has a planar shape of a pentagon, which is bounded below by elements of 16 cm thickness, 48 cm height, and a total length of each side of 250 cm, of which 20 cm are independent extensions. In the center of this plateau, 48 cm high, there are five conical plates, which narrow at the top to a width of 5,0 cm at a height of 150 cm. On the plate standing directly facing the approach path, the names and surnames of national heroes and the verses of Kajuhov's poems are inscribed. On the following plates, the names of the victims are inscribed according to individual time periods. The inscriptions are made using bronze letters. At the top, there are five metallic stylized flower leaves in the shape of a flame. Above the memorial, a rich linden tree canopy spreads out, which stands in the corner of the green area and provides shade and protection.
